Overview

Kenya has a coastline on the Indian Ocean in East Africa. It has vast open areas that encompass savannah, lake lands, the dramatic Great Rift Valley and mountain highlands. Not only is Kenya home to the big five, but it is also a fantastic destination for the largest wildebeest and zebra migration within the Maasai Mara Reserve and the Amboseli National Park. Kenya also offers the opportunity to view Tanzania’s majestic landmark, the 5, 895m Mt Kilimanjaro. Visitors can choose between Kenya’s bevy of iconic game reserves inland and historic Swahili settlements and white-sand beaches along the coast.
